Our Boot Camp is a group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. These classes are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
During a typical class you will start with a warm up run followed by various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises. With our instructors you will get fast results and in our classes you will be part of a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.
Boot Camp runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
